Founding Partner
David M. Greenberg
David obtained his experience as a highly respected Connecticut Real Estate Attorney and industry leader, at one time owning one of the largest Real Estate Practices in the State of Connecticut. He has assisted thousands of Borrowers and Lenders in obtaining and issuing mortgage loans that fit their specifics needs.
David has taken this experience, knowledge and indispensable relationships into the Commercial Lending arena as a Commercial loan broker. Through his knowledge and experience, he has created loan products specific for his clients’ needs, as well as networked with Banks, Hedge Funds and Private Lenders to offer the widest arrangement of commercial loan products with an absolute determination on creating wealth for all his partners, both Borrowers and Lenders alike. David is an absolute believer in his clients’ successes, knowing that both the Lenders’, Borrowers’ and his own successes are all inter dependent.

Damon Waton has been involved in home improvements for over 18 years. Leading one of the top companies in sales . Before he became a multi million dollar producer in sales he worked as a Residential Mortgage Broker and Residential Real Estate Broker, Leading the industries as a top performer of each. Damon has taken his knowledge of construction and deep personal connections to BCCL and continues to outperform and exceed the expectations of clients.
In his free time he spends time with his loving daughter 12, and is a Brazilian Jujitsu Black belt. He also is well known as starting a kids program. He mentors kids at the Manson Youth Institution for almost 10 years helping troubled teens find a better path.

EDWIN P. FARROW Ed Farrow is a real estate attorney licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut with over 15 years of experience closing residential and commercial loans. As a real estate attorney, Ed has become familiar with many lending institutions, private lenders and loan products, and he uses his real estate experience to better serve his clients. Ed is dedicated to working hard for his clients and enjoys helping them accomplish their real estate investment goals. With the support of the Bitterman Capital team, Ed is will do whatever he can ethically do to connect his clients to commercial and private loan products that best suit their needs. Ed is active in his community and has been volunteering and participating on social service boards and committees and has a special interest in working with at-risk youth, which he has been doing for over 25 years.
